not an ideal place to live despite the look of the place

I am a college student currently living at the seasons and I enjoy this apartment more so than my last (parkwood east: do not EVEN think about renting there) However, my lease will be up soon and I cannot wait to leave. The office staff are rude and despite the bulletin they put out kindly asking people to pick up after their dogs, trash etc. there is no enforcement whatsoever. Parking simply sucks as there is one space per apartment (though they did redo the parking lot and make the spaces bigger- there is still no extra space-unless you wanted to pay for it) I park on the street and don't feel the safest walking to my car among other drunk college students wandering the complex. The structure of the complex is terrible, ice never melts due to the poorly designed parking garages that block the sun. Oh, and don't even think of renting the parking garage, I scratched my car attempting to back out of the tight space. (so I abandoned the garage which was an ordeal in itself) In addition to that, the people that live here are moronic and drive like maniacs. I have almost been hit several times as people take the tight corners at forty mph.
The pool is nice but thats about the only nice thing about living here.
I would recommend finding another place despite the nice look of the seasons.
