I fell in love with the beautiful layout of the two bedroom apartment. The staff was very friendly and helpful until I signed the lease...then it all went downhill. They are not helpful, rude and make you feel non-existent. Garages:I had a small Saturn and when I parked in the garage, there was barely enough room to exit. The sidewalk to the apartments is dark and creepy. When it snowed management wouldn't start the shoveling until around 11 am...most of us where already at work or school. The worst is one night there was an attempted murder on the stairs of one apartment...something to do with a drug deal gone bad (at least thats what the news said). We awoke to find cop cars and yellow tape all around the complex. I broke my lease and paid all the fees per the lease agreement with one check. Management told me I was still responsible until the apartment was rented. They were even more rude from that point. it took them 4 months to lease the apartment and then they hit me with all of my security deposit and asked me to pay an additional $345. I am a neat, clean person and always receive all of my deposit back from previous rentals. This rental was an awful experience! Don't do it!
