personally i think that if the manager and or the corporation want this apartment complex to be a senior citizens complex they should probably stop letting in families with children and when they do the management should not complain about it. kids will be kids they make noise and babies do cry out in the middle of the night.
Also as far as the pet policy goes, just be warned that if you want to bring in a pet u will be told absolutely not the lease says so too. but the person that moves in almost a week later than u is allowed to have a dog and management has a cat
