Since the new management took over May 2007, Fox Run has really gone downhill. I would advise anyone thinking of moving in there to think again. It may seem like a good price and they allow pets, but after a few months of being jacked around by management and realizing that Fox Run is a county-run police state, they will wish they never signed a lease there.
The present management's total communication skills consist of evicting anyone who has anything to say about anything. He has a huge ego and high-priced lawyers backing up his idiotic actions, and since everyone knows that low-income people can't afford an attorney, they are at the mercy of this lunatic.
I feel sorry for anyone that still lives there. I lived there without incident for three years with the previous management. Oh, and the ice around the common areas and steps almost killed me a few times.
