I like the location of these apartments - right off I-70 and close to downtown Denver, recreation trails and many restaurants and shops (Colorado Mills mall).
The office staff is okay - though a few could use a customer service refresher. The maintenance staff is personable and does good work. My only gripe is Camden only recently added enough repair staff to keep up with the workload. Before they did, it wasn't uncommon to wait several days to have a nuisance issue taken care of. In fairness, one more serious problem I experienced was taken care of much more quickly.
The community is friendly and quiet - no non-stop parties. Most residents seem to be late 20s and up and working professionals. Parking is barely adequate - good luck if you want to invite some friends over for the evening.
The apartments themselves are nicely constructed and feature high ceilings and spacious closets and rooms (at least mine does). The attached garages are great as well - especially in colder weather! One negative - the AC is quite noisy and located close to the living room. When it kicks in, I have to adjust my TV volume. I wish they'd put the compressor in the bathroom or elsewhere.
Overall, I would recommend living here. I also looked at Montrachet and found Camden to be just as nice (if not nicer) for a bit less money.

Poor customer service, unresponsive maintenance,
tight parking, loud air conditioners but overall
you were happy? You should have tried Montrachet
Denver West where these problems don't exist.
I know, I have lived at both places.
