Nice place From: maxtardiveau Date posted: 7/17/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I have had an apartment here for 4-5 months. The place is nice, the staff is helpful, overall my apartment is very quiet -- I might as well be alone in the building. The location is perfect for me, just 10 minutes from the Federal Center where I work. I can hike in the hills right from the apartment, since it backs into the foothills. Big mall within 5 minutes walking distance. Freeway right there. I'm pretty happy with it overall. The only sour note is that I did not get a garage -- recommended for the winter. But the plowing is adequate, so it's not a huge deal.
