Great location, Great staff From: divadiva Date posted: 12/16/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I love the location here, the foothills on one side, Colorado Mills Mall within walking distance. The office staff they have now is very nice and helpful. What I don't like is the gym eqiupment is old and the remote to the tv never works.The apartment is big and has a nice floorplan and big windows. But the appliances are low quality, water pressure is not good and the water heater is low effiencency. So although it is not too old it costs me more money and it takes a long time to get hot water. Also they advertise oval soaking tubs, they are oval, but I am a small person and cannot soak comfortably in that small tub. The tub in the second bath is big, but due to low water pressure it takes a long time to fill it up. The windows are single panes of glass with no storm windows so they are very drafty and Will affect my heat bill.
