I really like my apartment, the location and have found the office staff to be mostly nice. My maintenance requests are taken care of promptly, but any follow-up work requires months of emails and calls to the office. This has happened to me twice, so far, in the year I've been here. Most annoying, though, is that my rent will be increasing 300 dollars at the end of my lease. Yes, 300, plus there is going to be a mandatory $40 cable TV charge. I don't even watch TV! It's a bummer because it's a quiet place, you can't beat the access to the open space park as well as to I-70 and 6, but they're trying to raise my rent almost 45%!! It makes sense to me now why I see so many of my neighbors moving in and out - seems this is what happens to everyone at the end of their lease. I recommend potential renters look elsewhere if hoping to stay longer than their lease term.
