We have a 3rd floor, 1 bedroom apartment, facing the mountain. Our apartment has had no issues, other than a couple of very minor ones which were promptly corrected. Our building is quiet and the grounds are neat and clean. The office staff and maintenance staff have always been very friendly and helpful, often providing us with services that are not required. We've enjoyed the Community Breakfast and Pizza Night. We've been happy here, but are moving out of state to be closer to our family. We had to stay here an extra month and the increased rent for that month was appropriate and fair. We recommend Camden Denver West to anyone who is looking for an attractive, quiet, well kept apartment community.

As a current renter, I disagree with some of the items in this posting and encourage the writer to post again once he or she has been at Camden a bit longer. I frequently dodge the droppings of other dogs and have had more than a few complaints about the timeliness of maintenance requests, including, unfortunately, a big one. I do, however, agree it's a quiet and friendly place. Many of my neighbors are professionals and I love the amount of light my apartment lets in! I will be disappointed to move from here, but as a prior commenter mentioned, I'm in for a steep (and unfair) rent increase that is forcing me to move. An increase that was most certainly NOT in my lease agreement.
