I lived at Canyon Point for a year and really liked it. The units are spacious and very nice. Management is friendly and helpful, and maintenance responds promptly and fixes things correctly (although most likely, you will rarely need them - I had only two very minor problems with the unit). The location is good and the grounds well kept. Very quiet, and I feel confident that I won't get broken into here.

Downsides:
1) the rent. It ain't cheap. This is the reason I'm moving.
2) insulation could be better, but it's not bad.
3) The way the units are terraced can limit privacy. My bedroom window looks directly to the ground-level entryway of the unit on a higher tier, for example.
4) Parking can be an issue. You will find a spot to park in the complex, but it might not be near your unit. I've only had a problem when I arrived late at night, however.

Overall, my complaints are minor. If you don't mind the price, go for it.
