I have lived in Canyon Point Cottages for the past year and absolutely love it. It is in a great location (close to Lookout Mountain and bike trails). The townhouses are very nice. It is also a very quiet complex- I rarely ever hear the neighbors. Maintenance is great- they are always in to fix problems quickly. Some people have talked about the parking being a problem, but it is really not a big problem. If you get in after 9 or 10 pm, sometimes there are not parking spaces available right outside your complex, but there is always some parking available (you may have to walk a minute or two to get from your parking space to your townhome). I highly recommend Canyon Point Cottages. If I weren't leaving Colorado, I would have definitely continued to live here.
