I moved to these apts for the "indoor all year round pool" well the pool closed last october for maintenance that was supposed to take 6 weeks. IT HAS NOW BEEN CLOSED FOR 6 MONTHS!!!! AND WE HEAR THE SAME STORY EVERY MONTH, "JUST A LITTLE LONGER." WHAT A RIP OFF!!!!! ALSO, THE WORKOUT ROOM THAT OPENS AT A CERTAIN TIME IS NOT OPEN AND I HAVE TO GET SOMEONE TO OPEN IT. THE CARPETS IN THE LOBBY AND ELEVATOR ARE CRUSTY AND DISGUSTING. ALL MAINTENANCE REQUESTS I'VE MADE HAVE BEEN DONE QUICKLY THOUGH, IN ALL FAIRNESS. TWO PEOPLE THAT LIVE HERE HAVE HAD THEIR CAR WINDSHIELD SMASHED IN TOO.

I really appreciate how helpful these reviews are! I was interested in these apts. because of the indoor pool, but between it being unpredictable and hearing everyone saying how the place is falling apart forget it!
