The Cliffs are in a nice location but the apartments are overpriced. Be sure to read the fine print: can't go month to month after your lease is up. They charge an arm and a leg to go month to month. Old elevators are enough to wake you from your sleep if you live next to them. I also had no control over the temperature of my place and I lived above the boiler. My apartment was constantly uncomfortably warm. Also, consider your deposit a donation because they will charge you so they can make improvements.

They charge an arm and a leg to go month to month" Make up your mind 1st you say you can't go Month to Month at the end of your lease then you say it cost an arm and a leg to go Month to Month? Which is it? I will tell you what it is back to Market Rent $100 premium because they could otherwise rent that apt to someone for another 12 months because you can't make up your mind with calling mommy!!
