Place isn't all that bad. If they would just hire and keep some decent management. There's a leaseing consultant in here now that got another one fired, and to be honest is stuck up and has NO clue about how to rent or answer truthfully. If you can avoid this place, do it, if not....out of sight and out of mind is my only advice.
