Supposed to spend " a million " on renovating, what ever. How about fixing the boiler rooms, elevators, parking lot lighting, coolers, carpet, washers and dryers, "weight room", garages. But no, lets make the office better and tar the roofs. This place is the pits and I feel for those who are lied to and suckered in when looking here. You can find much nicer and better quality of people EVERYWHERE else in COLORADO.
