An awful management. Property managers are changed frequently, but 'fish is rotting from the head'. They have a fraudulent statement in the rental agreement, called 'non-refundable part of the security deposit fro redecoration'. This is against Colorado Law. Security deposit should not be applied for normal tear and wear. I am claiming my deposit through the small claim court, it seems to work! They have failed to return the deposit foralmost 4 months already! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! Outrageuos utility fee-$60! Everywhere - $15-$25!!! IF YOU DID RENT FROM THEM, KNOW YOUR RIGHTS! See, art. 38-12-103(1) OF COLORADO REVISED STATUES. DO NOT LET THEM STEAL YOUR MONEY!

"Redecoration fee" Hey quick draw McGraw all apartment communities have a redecoration fee in their lease... Daaaaaaa it???s a cleaning fee for residents whom no longer have mommy to clean up after them.... Grow up!! Let us know how that small claims court thing worked for ya... NOT!

I did win the case and got tripple damages from them! "Redecoration fee" could be, but not from the security deposit. The deposit was $200, I got $600 plus court costs. :-P
