THESE APARTMENTS ARE OLD AND FALLING APART. YOU HAVE HIDDEN CHARGES THAT YOU WILL NOT BE TOLD ABOUT UNTILL THE LAST SECOND. IT TAKES WEEKS TO GET ANYTHING FIXED. THE ONLY GOOD THING THAT IS NICE IS THE LOCATION.
