We are the new staff at the Cliffs and just wanted to let everyone know that there is now an experienced management team in place to help bring the place back to its former glory. We are working hard to fix the issues and make this a nice place to live again.

When are you planning to make it better? It's September 2007 now, you still charge for utilities we don't get, you still control our heaters, you still nickle and dime us to death....and you're ALL still RUDE and grossly unqualified for the job.
