Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
We lived in some of the most notoriously ghetto apartments in California and in comparison to the Cliffs they were five star resorts. Unresponsive management (I don't care what they say), rude, unwilling to help, liars, and inadequate to perform their jobs. We don't get hot water, the appliances are cheap and poorly put together, the elevator never works and they will nickel and dime you to death with utilities that you don't even get.
