I lived at the Cliffs for 1 year and it was the worst apartment I have ever had.
First off, the management changes every three months. I don't know why management keeps leaving, its probably due to all the problems previous management left behind. The maintenance crew also changes every three months. They hire these guys who cant fix things right and end up coming back over and over. Also, the common areas are absolutely disgusting the carpets are dirty and the walls are nasty. Moving on, I had ants two times in my apartment and silver fish. It got so bad I had to go buy my own bug spray to kill them. Moving on further, there is dog poop all over the grass no one picks up after their pets, DON'T WALK IN THE GRASS! Finally, the AC units in the apartments are so old they wont cool the bedrooms. I ended up sleeping in the living room to keep cool. I can keep going on and on but my fingers hurt now. Please don't be fooled with "move in specials" and "below market rent" as far as I'm concerned the Cliffs are modern day snake oil salesmen. I know your thinking, but the Cliffs are in a nice area. At first that looks so, but there have been many cars broken into or stolen. Also, they are supposed to keep the entrances to each apartment building locked. However, the locks are either broken or someone always props the door open with a rock. Don't waste a year of your life, go rent elsewhere. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
