I have been living here for about 2 years. My husband and I have made some modifications to the apartment because the adm never have budget for fixings. We painted because they denied to do it, we put a new air conditioner in the living room because they doesn't have budget for that, we change the medicine cabinet, because it was horrible and yellow. We also put a carpet at the balcony because some slats were loose. Finally they fixed the leakings in both bathrooms for second time. Now the apartment is looking a little better but not because the adm. What can I say, I like my apartment but the administration are some loosers that doesn't know how to keep their residents satisfied and the apartments in good shape. Almost forgot to say that someone broke into our storage area and when we asked about it they say "It happens". I feel so sad because the location is perfect but there are other things that make me decide I'm not extending my lease any more. Good Luck new residents!!
