Thanks for the lease renewal offer increase of $150 a month!

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
We moved in April 07 signed a 9 month lease, just got a renewal offer increasing our rent $150 -- if we sign another YEAR! Not in this dump. The security entrances never work right, the appliances are outdated, the heat that we pay an additional $75 a month for is unreliable!
If we don't sign the lease we have to pay a $100 a month on top of the $150 increase!
For this dump' We have a pool, yeah it was under construction for 6 months!
New washers in every building but only 3 per building.
My advice: Look elsewhere!!
