Very Nice From: DR333 Date posted: 1/17/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I haved lived here for a year and this place is so much better than when I moved in. The new management have spent a ton of money on this place to fix it up. I'm making a comment because the nasty comments I read here don't make sense. I really like it here. I think the place is a good value because of the indoor pool and it is in a GREAT neighborhood. This place offers month-to-month leases for renewing tenants (a nice option). However, they charge more for this option. I think some people get pissed off at the month-to-month renewal price and that's why they make nasty comments here. This place is so much nicer than anything in this price range.
