I moved in about a year ago. When they showed me the apartment I thought it was very nice. But once I moved in to mine it was horrible. I had a friend come over to help me with the inspection sheet, and she told me that we had to get all these problems dealt with before we even worked on the sheet. There was a crack in the floor in the kitchen and bathroom. They came and replaced it, but it still feels like there is a whole in the kitchen. The bathroom sink nobs are backwards. The call box for downstairs does not work. When I first moved in the sliding glass door did not lock. The cabinets in the bathroom were/are falling apart. The heat would not turn on, and once they got it to turn on it would not turn off. They came to fix my dishwasher about 3 times, he told me he was going to get me a new one, and then just tried to fix the old one. Finally he gave me a new one. As I am writing this I am afraid that my ceiling fan is going to fall on me seeing as it is so wabbaly. I know there are other things that have gone wrong, but I am not sure.

My floor always smells gross. Everyone of my guest that I have had over have said something about the smell in the hallway and in the elevator.

We are suppost to have security. Because you have the first door, you go in. You either use your key to get in - or you ring someone up on the call box. Well in building 14 you don't need to do either one. Seeing as the door never really shuts!

people are always putting rocks in front of the door to keep it open when they are moving stuff in or out, but when they are done they should take them out! so that people that don't live there can't come in!

The number one thing that has made me mad is the leasing staff and what they did.
So in March DHL was suppost to come to pick up my computer from me. They told me to live it at the leasing staff office so they could get it the next day. Well I leave on vacation for about a week, come back and I have not heared anything from DELL about it. I call DHL and they said they would have given me a tracking number. I call the leasing staff and they say that they never get a number! that is DULL! DHL told me they always give a tracking number. By this time I have called DELL about five times (using all my minutes on my cell) asking if they have it, they say they have never seen it. I call DHL over and over, and they say they do not have it and it must be with DELL. I keep asking the leasing staff and they say they sent it. Finally I was down to the last straw, so I went over to the leasing office. I asked the girl one more time "have you seen a dell box" "no" so I tell her, "I am sorry to do this, but I need to file a police report so that I can get something from insurance." The minute I said that she said "oh, hear is that box. It was turned around so I could not see the name on it. I have been having a bad week, sorry" It had been sitting in there office for over a MONTH!!!!!! she could not see it because it was turned around! yeah what a bunch of crap. And it took them 2 weeks to tell me my textbook had come in!

NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER RENT FROM HERE!
