I have read the other reviews and I agree 100% with everything. On average, I have had water leaks in my apartment every 2 months. This does not concern the management or the maintenance staff. Never sign a lease before you see the actual unit you will get. Some buildings are somewhat nicer than others. My sliding door does not lock. All of the carpentry is half-assed. You either get hot or cold water. Never a nice medium. Paper-thin walls. The common areas are always dirty, i.e. entryways, hallways and laundry rooms. Noise in an apartment building is expected, but here it is excessive. The water gets shut off in the building without notice and then the 24-hour emergency number is not connected when this happened. Maintenance requests have to be made several times and things are still not completed or not done at all. The security doors are more of a hassle than anything. You do not know if you have packages unless the sticky note from the UPS man sticks to the window and is not removed by someone else. The grounds are well kept around the office, but bushes around building 32 are over grown and unkempt. No issue is ever urgent with the staff. It is a very frustrating place to live. The price here is most likely the best in the area but totally not worth it. I would suggest spending a little more in rent and save your sanity.
