I began living here at the Cliffs last October, at first i thought the apartment was nice. But then I have numerous annoying, drunk, neighbor that surround the area. One couple above us have made my husband and my life a living hell. They played music loud, stomp, came down one time to ask us to turn off our grill on our baloncy. (she was drunk out of her mind might I add) They'll let anyone live on this property, I doubt they even do background checks on them! I should add that when I spoke to the leasing office about our neighbors above, they said there wasn't much they could do but give thema warning. That we should instead call the cops. Oh brother! Did I mention that this propeerty is suppose to be secured, each tenant has a key or uses a code to get in. But when ppl are moving in and out they leave it wide open. Some of us, actually moved to a secure building for a reason! I.e. crazy dangerous ex boyfriend! Also, the pool is surrounded by scum, and hot tub, what hot tub they took it out. Oh and if you get a package and its at the office, the leasing office never tells u till you come in, then they lie and say they try by calling you, but that your number must had change.ummm let's see dog poop on all the grass. pop machines never have pop. One of the girls that works in the leasing office lives on site and came around my husband and i completly drunk one night talking about sexual favors she wanted to do to some guy who also lived on the property. Ummm 24/7 maintence is a crock! They just drive around in their golf carts all day! The hot water is off at least a few times a year, without warning!!!!! ummm that's about it. Move here and I bet you'll regret it, but if you don't believe me, try it out for yourself. The veiw is only worth so much! My husband and I can hardly waity till our lease is up!p.s. don't bother believe the leasing office when you make the deal to move, you get told the ammount the monthly rent we be, give them the check for it and then they say of its more then that, the othjer price is before the trash, water, etc is added on. sounds kinda slimy to me to announce that after you sign the lease!
