parking is getting worst. Increasing Rent with nothing else (Maintenance, gardens, etc..) improving. no playing courts, gym, poorly maintained swimming pool. dog poo all over the "garden". Kitchen drawers not opening properly with broken cabinets and shelves. age old A/C. poor tiles. only reason I lived there for two years were cheap rent prices and now they are increasing it by 50-100 every 6months or so with promise of improvement in the property which, I have not seen any.
