The ceilings leak, the closet doors fall off, the AC doesnt work unless your lucky, and maintenance wont ever come and fix anything. To top that off there is a bad bed bug infestation. Your safety is also constantly at risk because there are nothing but drug dealers and addicts living all around you. The new management is also money grubbing. The heating bill gets split amongst the whole complex so you end up paying 100 dollars for gas itself in the winter which makes no sense. That and they evicted us on the last month of our lease because we where a day late paying rent and then they gave us 3 days to vacate. We had to leave the apartment trashed so we are facing 2000 dollars in fees for cleaning. Not a good place to live. . . .
