I have waited for over 6 months for shower to be repaired - can't use it until then. ALL faucets leak profusely. Promised repairs and upgrades made when we moved in, not fulfilled. Repairman never seen - Where does he hide' The key we were originally given matched the main security door, so EVERYONE had a key to our apartment! We had to replace lock! ALL windows cracked. Several large cracks in ceiling, I could go on and on. Since I currently reside here I have disguised number of bedrooms and years here.
Parking is shared with very busy next door park.
Noise can be a problem from park and sirens - very close to police station.
Grounds are not well kept because of the unfriendliness. Beautiful grassy center, with Keep Off The Grass signs! Front of building and entryway need attention.
Safety is an issue because below walkways is cement or brick instead of planting shrubs and bushes that would break a fall. Railings are not child safe. Windows do not have locks.
Construction rates poorly because of cracks in walls, ceilings and windows.
Maintenance is none existent.
Staff is lackadaisical and non caring.
Overall - what you see is what you get and what you are going to get. Don't believe any promises.
