Lived in the apartments for 2 years on the 3rd (top) floor. Never had noise problems (other than I had a neighbor who worked during the night and slept during the day that I had to keep my noise down for).

Never had trouble getting things fixed though the blinds are so flimsy they break easily. Everything was well kept and cleaned.

Overall it's not the best. No amenities to speak of. No grassy areas etc. no pool/club house/etc. But for a nice clean apartment in a relatively quiet place it's good.
