Nice From: fetii999@hotmail.com Date posted: 1/2/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I like it a lot, allows cats for a LOT cheaper than any other place I checked out in Golden. Decent area, feels safe and homey. And the manager is so nice. Close to everything, the only bad part is my window points to the carwash, but after a few days you get used to the noise.
