	Good value for money, excellent view of the mountains. all the shops are near by. These apartments are on the old side but good for people on budget.

	Treated horribly by management when roommate backed out of lease, had not moved in and would not return Deposit. No lease signed. Company ripped me off.

	Lived in the apartments for 2 years on the 3rd (top) floor. Never had noise problems (other than I had a neighbor who worked during the night and slept during the day that I had to keep my noise down ... more

	Have been with out heat for 2 weeks during Dec. Been without air conditioner for 4 months during summer. When repairs need to be done they don´t get fixed, never ever live in these apartments
