If I had to do it over again, I probably would not have rented this apartment. Although management responded to specific requests quickly, their day-to-day management was lousy. Lightbulbs in common areas were often burned out, and snow removal was not adequate. I lived here during a particularly bad winter, and my apartment was almost unbearably cold at night. As a single woman, I often felt uncomfortable coming home after dark or trying to carry armloads of groceries down two flights of iron stairs. There is no way anyone with a physical disability could live here. I moved out after management informed me that my rent would go up $80/month (I already felt I was paying too much at $595/month). The building's location and view, however, cannot be beat, and I enjoyed being able to walk all over town.
