Its not THAT bad... now.

Ive lived here for 3 years and have seen some improvements since moving in.
The Apartments themselvs are substandard for the rent we pay (I dont make enough, and the rents to high to save up the money to move out... vicious cycle for sure) However, they have done some decent landscaping work, replaced the washers and dryers with new ones, built storage garages, and recently replaced the windows and sliding glass doors with high effency glass. Plus, a few Apts have fantastic views of the Rockys... and it is very common to hear coyotes singing and every once and a while an Elk herd can be seen grazing in the open field.

Since Ive moved in, apartment management staff has changed numerous times and each regime is as inept as the last... However I do think the parent company is doing an active effort to get things to some level of decent quality.

Parking is a joke and the graffiti used to be pretty bad (was a time where 3 of our 5 neighbors were activly dealing drugs and had gang activity was common) however after they were evicted the place became quite peaceful and our current neighbors are quite friendly.

They allow for animals, even large dogs, which is a big plus with me... no one else around here does that.

I wouldnt reccommend this place unless A)Your have a dog and are unwilling or unable to part with it, B) Your willing to put up with some general cr*p to keem it. C) Youve got enough moeny to get out when you find something better.

Otherwise... dont make the mistake the rest of us have
