The Management staff made verbal promises, later I found that they weren't included on the lease. They changed the deposit amount and I had to struggle to get them to keep their word. It's not worth the hassle of renting from dishonest people! The apartments are not that great, the parking stinks, and the apartments are hastily patched together. If you choose to live here, make sure to read your lease carefully, and don't trust the office staff's word.
I know people who have also lived here more recently, that have similar problems, and the apartments have gone down hill!
I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex to my dog, let alone a person. The rent is to high for such a dumpy place! There are much better deals and honestly sometimes it better to pay a little more, to live in an honest community!

That management is no longer managing Summit View. Why would you waste time out of your day to complain about something that is that old? Skyline has always been good to me, best company I have ever lived under!
