Weve lived here for years - Liked it depite its flaws (as its had its good times and bad times - this is a VERY bad time) until they decided it would be fun to play "#!$& You Very Much" and in the middle of our lease, attempt to breech contract and charge us additional monthly fees - citing THEIR lack of records for the monthly rate hike. This is not some issue with rent renewal - if it were, it would be a non-issue. However, as I said they are doing this in the middle of a lease term. Which is definatly illegal and just plain pitiful managment. What gets me is they admit that it is a breech of contract in that they offered to allow us to break lease without penalty (how nice of them!) because the alteration is MID-LEASE and NOT legal!

We have considered bringing suit against the company, but to what end' so that when we win we can be the target of further problems' No thanks. There are better places to live, cheaper, that wont try and bend you over when they think they can suck more money out of you. Were getting out of here. They wont be getting our business anymore, and I will be lodging a complaint with the BBB.

Id tell you the current managers name, but thats a violation of the terms of use. What I will say is that she cannot be more than 25 years old, has the job because Mommy is a bigWig with the parent company, and in her time here has made more negative alterations to the living conditions here than positive. Sound like a place you want to live'

On the plus side *sarcasim*, parking is horrible (I had to park 3 buildings away last night), Noise isnt bad - except for the car horns going off at all hours, Grounds are clean - they cut down the trees regularly to replace them with newer more costly ones, lighting is rarely working properly - but when it does it tends to blare into the windows at night due to poor engineering, construction is decent - though antiquated, maintenance has its goo times and bad times - they seemed to have fired the last good group, and see the above description of office personelle.

This is a BAD BAD place to be. Its a shame too because it really has potential - weve even liked living here on occasion.
