During my few decades on this earth I have lived in numerous apartment complexes, and I would have to rate this one the worst by far.
This place is for you if you like swimming in a urine infested pool, having a workout room with virtually every peice of equipment broken, no parking lot lighting (had car broken into several times), cigarette butts thrown everywhere, and trash spewn about, this place is for you.
The management is less than concerned about their tenants problems. They even tried to ban flying the American Flag outside on your own balcony for goodness sak. They refused to fix our air conditioning this summer which is great with over 36 days of 90 during the summer. We have had our water shut off with no notice for over 2 days. No plowing for several days after snow. It's just a dandy place to live.
Furthermore you have to use a prepaid card for laundry. You have to pay for the card by inserting it into a machine kept in the office. Management likes to play hide n seek about when they are in the office making it nearly impossible to even do laundry. If it is possible, it's not uncommon to find dog poop in the laundry room, mail spread everywhere, and old dirty clothes thrown everywhere.
One good thing is the grass is usually green, although supplemented by an incredible amount of dog crap as very few people pick up.
I obviously do not recommend this place. The service is 3rd rate, they don't care about the tenants, and completely incompetent.
