I have lived at this complex for about 6 months and think it is great. The newer management is doing a great job and always do their best to help me whenever I need. I love being able to keep my 75 lb. dog with me in an apartment and they even have a fenced in dog park so that I can let my dog play off of a leash once in a while. While there was some problems with the lighting in the parking lots for some time, the management team has gotten them fixed and the lighting is much better. There is some issues with people not cleaning up after their pet but that is no fault of the staff, it is the incompetent and rude tenants that can't seem to clean up after their pets and are too lazy.
We love living in Golden and this complex has beautiful views. Our neighbors have been nothing but great and the staff is always happy to help if I have a concern. For those who seem to bash this place, I have read most of your complaints and I think you are faulting the complex instead of placing the blame on the bad residents where it belongs. If there has been urine in the pool (which I personally have not seen), maybe people should pay better attention to their kids and others instead of blaming the staff for something that is not of their control. I have been doing laundry in the laundry room and it is the residents who throw their junk mail on the ground and leave it filthy.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone who does not want to pay $1000 a month for a one bedroom apartment and wants a nice, quiet place to live.
