Good times, good times From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/11/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I really enjoyed Summit View. Parking and noise was never a big issue for me or my roommate. It's right by a park that has walking trails, softball and soccer fields and playground equipment. It's easy access to the highway. The place is pet friendly, which is great for some people, but there is a considerable amount of dog poo laying around. One poster ranted about the inconvenient laundry services, but it was not that horrible. Overall, I think you get a great deal for the money here. Maintenance is quick to respond, there are usually pretty good rent specials, the location is handy and there are a lot of amneties.
