Depending on what you are looking for Lunnonhaus (Summit View Village) has both positives and negatives. Overall, There are better complexes around with higher quality living. The staff is friendly. The Office area is surrounded by a very nice lounge and offers a great view of golden on a good day. During winter snowfalls the roads and parking lots are cleared quickly. The apartments themselves are showing there age. Dimly lit. Dripping faucets. Much wear and tear. Toilet runs constantly, The air conditioners are wall units, and kick out less cool air then the average circular fan. Forget trying to adjust your heat. Gas prices are added to you bill. Expect up to $100 extra on a hot or cold month. (unfortunately you will still be uncomfortably hot or cold) It is a pet freindly community. The negative... Animals everywhere watch where you step. The grounds are faily unkept. Expect a general feel of dingyness as you walk through. The management does a good job to try and make this a good place to live. The bottom line, The location is great but if you are willing to keep looking, there is better out there.
