If you enjoy living near welfare receipients, graffiti on all walls and have leaks everywhere for a large sum of money, please rent here. Neighbors are trashy. We've had 5 leaks damage our personal property and rental property without anyone help out at all. I would never recommend this place to anyone at all.

It's people like you that make me mad. #1 what is wrong with someone on welfare, seems to me that you are a little discriminatory to me? I have seen graffiti from time to time but in my 7 years of living at Summit View, management has always quickly removed it. Isn't that the best that they can do? And MORON, it's called renters insurance. And you let it happen 5 times? IDIOT! Summit View isn't brand new, parts get old, pipes wear out ... it's a no brainer!

There is something wrong with living with people on welfare when they act like pigs and the management favors them over wealthier tenants. It seems that they enjoy catering to the working class scum who live here. Perhaps it is them that are discriminatory? I'm sorry that we can't all -------- like the management at Summit View and treat people who are more priveleged than us like dirt. They can tell how much your parents make when you apply if you are a student and then subsequently assume that you can afford to insame rent increases.
