I lived at Summit View for 3 years and recently moved after graduating college. I loved my stay here! The management company, Skyline, is great! I ended up transferring to another one of their communities that is closer to my new job and had no problems at all. I received my deposit back quickly also. Summit View has TONS of great amenities such as a pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, fitness center, business center, rec center, movie rentals, sports courts and a dog run. I enjoyed using all of them! The leasing staff has changed several times over the past three years but they have all been wonderful and really helpful when needed. Any maintenance requests that I have put in were taken care of quickly and were done right the first time. I loved the laundry room, big enough to get all of my laundry done in an hour vs. it taking a whole day with one washer/dryer. The laundry card system works great, I love not having to get quarters.

I was disappointed in reading some of the other reviews of Summit View because I do not believe they painted a correct picture. Summit View isn??t a newly built community but it has beautiful views and Management does a good job at the up keep of the community. I looked ALL around Golden before I started college at CSM and Summit View was by far the best for the money. There really is nothing else that can even compare in Golden.
