We moved in to this community site unseen from out of state. Although "A/C" means something different to me then the small window unit, I enjoyed my temporary stay. We had a great apt. with a loft. The staff was friendly to us-knowing we were new to the area. We bought a home and broke our lease AND received a refund from our deposit. Maintenance always responded and fixed whatever I needed repaired. I would not live long term without a w/d, but it served its purpose well for what we needed when we arrived in Colorado.
