I've lived here for an year before leaving - In that time i've seen 6 or 7 different people go in and out of the office, apparently they just can't get good help. They look good for the price however the appliances and the heating/cooling systems are out of date, and the water that comes out the pipes are questionable.

Also when I left, someone in the office (another new person) signed the new tenants of the aparment up with an account with xcel energy for electricity. However they did it under my name even though I left the apartment, this caused a giant headache and they wouldn't cooperate with me to get it fixed. I finally had to pay some $40 for there mistake.

The apartments aren't bad for the price however the managment is terrible and shouldn't be trusted.

There are much better places in Golden to live.

Moron, you're full of it. The only person that can set up MY xcel account is ME and the same goes for you. When I first moved in they had me fill out an xcel sign up form and they faxed it off or whatever. Then I moved in and a few weeks later I got a letter from xcel asking me to call and confirm that a 3rd party put in a request to have xcel switched into my name. You probably just forgot to call xcel when you moved out. This site is wack. People can just lie and say whatever - amazing!
