While the mountains make it a beautiful spot to live, the property management company does not. The billing for gas is outrageous, and you end up paying your neighbors bills even when you don't use anything. Also, there are lots of college kids that live here and party. I know that's not the end of the world, but don't believe them when they tell you that "the walls are made of concrete and you can't hear your neighbors". You CAN hear your neighbors. You can even hear your neighbors above you peeing, it sucks. Trying to get help from the property managers is a nightmare. They talk a lot but don't really say anything. All in all it's a affordable place to live, and the apartments aren't too bad. The environment (property mangers, a-hole neighbors) make it an undesirable place to live. There are plenty other places with affordable housing that I'm sure would be more helpful and kind to their tenants (CUSTOMERS). Don't move here, you'll regret it!

I live here and don't have any party kids next to me, thank god but I hear you though on being able to hear your neighbors pee. It's only when she is in her bathroom though, at least for me. I don't know what you are saying about the office ladies. They have always been great to me.
