Wonderful place to live! I am sad to leave this complex but I had no choice. If I could I would live there for years because of how great the staff is. I only lived there for a year but the maintenance was the best I've ever seen, extremely friendly, prompt, and thorough.

CLEVER MARKETING They sure have a good marketing team in Houston (where they are based, and that says ALOT) because they make you think you are moving in to a high quality establishment...ya- that's almost as funny as the maintinace crews' way of repairing everything from rotten tile

Nice I like it a lot, allows cats for a LOT cheaper than any other place I checked out in Golden. Decent area, feels safe and homey. And the manager is so nice. Close to everything, the only bad part is my window points to the carwash, but after a few days you get used to the noise.
