Glorified dormatory - I had a co-signer and they approved my renting and then they changed their mind and charged me a second deposit! The hospital in nearly right next door and the helicopters run at all hours, and its extremely loud! There is no dining room whatsoever. So, you must eat in the kitchen. Extremely small living room. These are not the greatest apartments but if your looking for somewhere cheap and close to downtown Grand Junction this is the place for you. Upkeep is ok but nothing immaculate.
