Moved into this proprty with a roommate in the summer of 2007. These are not the greatest apartments but if your looking for somewhere cheap and close to downtown Grand Junction this is the place for you. Upkeep is ok but nothing immaculate. Nothing has been updated for the 2 years I lived there. We had a problem with the plumbing (leaking faucet) and it took two trips by maintanince to be fixed. This facility at one time allowed cats but no longer does because of a tenant that occupied a one bedroom with 20 or so cats. The carpet in our apt. was in desperate need of replacement before moving in and nothing was done. The complex houses many different types of individuals (background checks are not required.) There is a laundry facility on the premises (coin - op only) However there is no lock on the door, is not very clean and no key to keep it locked when unoccupied! The walls are not that thick and sometimes you can here tenants through the walls. (mostly just loud music!) These are really cheap apartments so there is not really anything that will change about them. The landlord usually does not intrude on you or your business. Parking is ridiculous. Most of the cars parked on the property are broken down and need to be towed because they have been there for years and are taking up GOOD covered parking spots. View this property before signing any documents and if there is something that needs to be fixed, leave as many messages as possible to be sure you need help! Hope this helps you in your apt. hunt!
