 Moved into this proprty with a roommate in the summer of 2007. These are not the greatest apartments but if your looking for somewhere cheap and close to downtown Grand Junction this is the place for you. Upkeep is ok ... more

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
