Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
Newer buildings are probably the nicest in Grand Junction. New management is great--very friendly. Maintenance is very prompt. Neighbors smile at each other and I feel safe. The playground, fitness center, and pool are a joke, though. Oh yeah, the walls are VERY thin too.
